Howdy folks, been a long time since I've graced this forum, so I thought I'd stop by and say hello again and check out what's been going on.

Anyway, posting in this section for a reason, I've been working extremely hard lately on a site I've taken over, getting it redesigned front end and back end from scratch, it's been a long labour this one, but I've literally just launched it there and thought I'd post it here and let you's all have a look.

It's a bit of competition for this site really as it's another programming based site but based more on the old Macromedia suite of web dev programs along with some smaller forums for asp and the like.

So, if you's wanna go to http://www.webthang.co.uk/ and have a butchers and let me know what you think.

It's still in it's infancy at the minute and I've got loads of stuff planned for it, finding the time being the biggest issue here with everything else I have going on, so bear with me on it.

Cheers.   Afro

Yes yes, yes please!  I sure do.  At the minute it's just me and another lass on the site doing the tuts, kinda hoping to branch out and get interest from other folks to contribute to the site in that way, full credit will be given to authors and the like, so aye.

I've got some new ones to release soon and I've a few planned.  A couple in the pipeline that deal with AJAX and ClassicASP, as it's not generally focused on these days which is a shame.  I've used quite a bit on the site as it is and I'll hopefully be doing more soon!  Whu-hoo.  But aye, if you can think of anything that would be worthy of a tut, give me a shout.

Hi Rob

Great site - Id love to do some art tuts - its just finding the time - do you think that sort of thing would be needed on the site?

Hell yeah!  Although saying that, I've not had a chance to do anything with the site in yonks.  It's begging for a complete redesign which I have yet to fit into my schedule, but if you want anything published that would be of help to the world in that respect, give me a shout.  Cheers.  Smiley
