Site design

I have been contacted by a guy on Myspace who is in need of a site. From talking to him it’s looking to be a CMS style.
He is currently doing a tour of the world and is doing 101 challenges!.. He wants people to send them in to his site and for him to take them on, video them and then post them on his site.
At the moment she doesn’t have any money to pay for the site... He has the domain name and is hoping to get a sponsor o money might be around at some point. I would do it for him, but never doing a CMS site I don’t think I want to learn how to make one on his?!?!
I hope to have some more details soon, so if you might be able to help drop me a line.
I'll be back with more info soon
